SONA: The positively-charged chief executive of the state....AS SHE HAD WISHED...

SPEAK TO ME NOT!

I may post this piece of reaction late and not in season but its better to be late than not anything at all -a blind and deaf member of the majority by choice.

“UULITIN KO: HINDI AKO SAGABAL SA AMBISYON NINUMAN”, as emphasized by President Gloria Macapagal –Arroyo in her SONA (State of the Nation Address) at the joint opening of the 14^th Congress. This notion caught my attention as I had surf the internet sites and various newspapers to make a naïve feedback of the Chief Executive of the State’s disclosure of plans for the remaining years in her “Tenure of Office”. I had made it not only for the sake of the completion as a requirement in our History class yet with the interest to political issues in the government as part of the majority of People as one of the best asset of the country. I suddenly burst into anger and disappointment after to notice that line in her speech as to recognize that the president is overreacting her critics as to base with her utterances or may she is just so guilty with that issue. I can’t define what’s my rationale of getting into that reactions a bit disappointed maybe for I am an obvious one of those mammoth numbers of her critics because of her ways and means of leading the country. She was so consistent with her trademark “PAPOGI” due to broadcasting almost all of her ample of her accomplishments, yet hitting the media below the belt if revelations of unpleasant side of her actual incumbency will be the headlines of the broadsheets and even in televisions and radio. I may become so personal yet that is just a matter of reality checking. Leading back to the contents of her 56-minute SONA, it was all of her presentation of the falsified data and reports of success in local and even international market wit regards to the fiscal stability and so fort. She had focused on the infrastructure development and the so called SUPER REGION, it may somehow sounds like the fast growing “KINGKOY THING” spiced with the newly formulated sound effects and visual presentation in the television right now like the SUPER INGGO, KOKEY and many more to mention. Yet, I may feel that she had made me an extraordinary tour in her fairy-tale-like show like a child attentively listening with a wide-open mouth out of his amazement yet Ate Glo’s version is the SUPER Region….She enumerated the plans and finished goals with extra confidence and pride.Sahe had elaborated the investment of hundred of billions of human and physical infrastructure which are companies of (1) investments in physical, intellectual, legal, and security infrastructure to business confidence increasing; (2) improving the life and fiscal status of the Filipino citizens; (3) bringing the lost peace in Mindanao by trying to crust the terrorists. The programs with this so-called “regions of the SUPER” are summarized into 3 aspects; the improvement and the enlistment of agrarian reform, agri-business, and marine culture. She had included the lively and progressive tourism of the country and give emphasis on the value of education granting its national budget now at P150 billion from the years P29 billion. This is one of the good point in her SONA and hopefully its not just be in her SONA alone but in the future of the students who can’t afford to send themselves in school to acquire degree as a foundation of their future. I was exasperated when I knew that the budget of education gas been decreased approved by the president which is an obvious act of putting the country its worst downfall. I may not care about it because my parents are paying my financial needs concerning education out of their own pocket from their sweats and blood of labor to send in school. I may not care for I am not be affected of the domino effect of an of the president yet out of my consciousness I had think those who are not able to pay for their tuitions, those economically challenged brilliant youngsters and with great potentials. I am not bragging for I am currently enrolled in a prestigious school and a DOLLAR COURSE – NURSING because my parents are almost in their will to give my education for we are just poor as the majority of the people in the country due to the ineffective governance of the leaders of the state. It is an advantage to make up her mind that education must be placed into her highest priority in her the national budget. Moreover, her ideology to make well in health of the people is somehow a way to improve the country. It is very reasonable to think that way for through this idealism of regarding the health of the Filipino into one of her concern is an effective key to strengthen the work force of our country and making the country a progressive one.

It was also a one good point in her SONA to give tribute to those youngsters who had excelled in the different fields of academic matter. It is indeed, a great honor to outsmart other races and nationalities out of the world competitions. Yet it is somehow better off if the government will not only serve as an audience and giver of prize yet to extend their role into a more purposive function by granting budget of the delegates is one best thing to do. The government must not limit their role to broadcast and congratulate fulfilled youngsters. They must not only serve as a BIG MOUTH….They must have a HELPING HANDS to offer.

The statement of the president “hindi ako sagabal sa ambisyon ninuman” is a negative stimulus to my ears and synonymous to the an apparent acceptance of the scam during election against her strongest opponent the late “FPJ” through her words; I AM SORRY”, as evidenced by the “HELLO GARCI” tape. I am not leading my myself to be nonsense and personal to the president but I am just using the functions of my yes and ears not only organs of visions and hearing yet to see and hear are different from processing the stimuli to better judgment by intensive scrutiny. She was just so guilty of an act of not leading the country in the appropriate matter as the head of the government and the head of the state as right and humane that it must be.

Her words are simply garbage…She is just speaking baloney of words out of the intellectual turn to nomad Members of the Congress denying the factual status of the country and the affected STARVING POOR Filipino citizens and real numbers in the economic zone. Her words are effective to them who have eyes but are still blind or just pretended to be blind people for their own interest in the dirty world of politics. Yet it does not convince me as fully pledged Filipino citizen to look upon her as a competent, skillful, and capable looking person to gain the highest position in the land and to govern the Filipino Community. I may not be the majority votes that is a requirement to approve or cancel a proposed bill in the congress as a routine basis of all stuffs there. BUT THE MERE ME IS ONE OF THE PROPER AND RELIABLE PERSONS WHO SEE, HEAR, AND SPEAK THE REAL CONDITION AND FACTUAL STATUS OF THE ECONOMICALLY CHALLENGED MAJORITY WHICH HAVE BEEN DENIED BY THE GOVERNMENT WITH OUR RIGHTS AS STATED IN THE BILL OF RIGHTS.
